Mitochondrial genealogy of Calotes jerdoni complex derived from ND2 dataset using Bayesian and Maximum Likelihood methods. Bayesian posterior probabilities were mapped on the Maximum Likelihood topology, where the unresolved polytomy were noted as “–”. Each sequence name is formatted as GenBank succession number followed by its associated voucher number. The color of major clades of C. jerdoni correspond to those used in Figure 1.
