Comparative mitochondrial phylogeography of water frogs (Ranidae: Pelophylax spp.) from the southwestern Balkans


	Historical demography of Pelophylax spp. distributed in the southwestern Balkans as estimated with Bayesian skyline plots (BSP) and mismatch distributions (MSD). The color scheme of BSPs shading corresponds with the one used in PCAs (Fig. 1) and the molecular phylogeny (Fig. S1). The LGM line with BSP graphs indicates the period of the Last Glacial Maximum.
